MIES (FIBA 3x3) – FIBA on Monday announced the official launch of FIBA3x3.com, a one-stop-shop for 3x3, FIBA’s urban basketball discipline.
The website is the place to be for the large community of fans of the 3x3 game as well as for players, media, national basketball federations, private organisers, partners and any other stakeholder.
"FIBA3x3.com is the new home of 3x3," FIBA 3x3 Managing Director Alex Sanchez said. "The new website provides every person and every organization interested in 3x3 with the tools to have a successful experience and the information to know more about this emerging discipline."
Each stakeholder will find his/her own section on FIBA3x3.com, e.g.:
• Players are offered a roadmap on how to become 3x3 professionals.
• Organisers are provided the keys and tools to host a quality event.
• Federations are given a checklist to develop 3x3 in their country and qualify their national teams for the FIBA 3x3 World Cup.
The website also features the vibrant urban design of the 3x3 game and is connected to the rest of the FIBA.com digital ecosystem.
