France win FIBA 3x3 Women's Series Ulaanbaatar Stop 2022

ULAANBAATAR (Mongolia) - Just one week after claiming the Crelan FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2022, France just added another trophy to their cabinet with a victory at the FIBA 3x3 Women's Series Ulaanbaatar Stop 2022, which took place in the Mongolian capital on July 1-2.

Different roster, same result. France claimed their first Women's Series win of 2022 in Ulaanbaatar after defeating Netherlands U24 in overtime in the final (13-11).  Down 11-9 with less than 10 seconds to go, the MVP of the tournament,  Maud Stervinou sent the game to overtime with a deep 2 from the logo and Marie Mané called game with another ice-cold 2-pointer.

Julia Jorritsma let the Dutch in the final with 5 points. Her teammate Noortje Driessen was limited to 4 points in the title game but topped the scoring and player value charts in Mongolia.
