The highly anticipated FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup 2023 returns for its sixth edition this year and will take place at the Singapore Sports Hub OCBC Square for the first time. Last year’s edition was a success at the picturesque Marina Bay Sands Event Plaza. This year, fans can look forward to more exciting action as the region’s top men’s and women’s 3x3 basketball teams battle it out against upbeat music with energizing performances on the side.
3x3 fans who wish to catch all the action in person can purchase tickets from today (February 6).
Ticket prices start from $5 and limited day passes will be available for purchase.
The winners of the FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup 2023 - if not already qualified - will qualify for one of the FIBA 3x3 Olympic Qualifying Tournaments which will take place in 2024. This marks a step closer for teams to win a chance to qualify for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
The FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup 2023 is estimated to welcome more than 5000 spectators and participants and will open with its first session’s qualifying draw on March 29, 11:15 am local time (UTC+8) with New Zealand (Women) taking on Tahiti (Women) in the opening game.
