MVP Marena Whittle stars on FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup 2023 Team of the Tournament
SINGAPORE - Marena Whittle was named MVP of the FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup 2023 after leading all-conquering Australia to the title on April 2.
The 29-year-old was the leading scorer with 43 points and topped player-value (43.7) to power Australia's unbeaten run as they claimed their third Asia Cup title with victory over New Zealand in the final.
She was joined in the Team of the Tournament by teammate Anneli Maley and Sharne Pupuke-Robati, who led New Zealand to the silver medal.
